We are happy to announce the major release of Sitecore JavaScript Software Development Kit for Astro 1.0.1. It has few updates:

  • Set width and height from Sitecore image field as fallback (the same logic as already used in AstroImage field)
  • Update @analogjs/astro-angular to the latest version and remove disableTypeChecking from the Astro config.

Updates don’t sound like major changes, but we decided to make a major release because we release it together with the Sitecore Astro Verticals Demo website. And the ability to implement feature-parity website compared to Sitecore JSS Next.js made us confident to update the major version number.
